The Importance of Staging

Staging and design has an extraordinary impact on the sales potential of a property. Picture this: a home meticulously staged and thoughtfully designed vs. a house in need of repair. We're comparing Pottery Barn to a garage sale - perception is everything! It's not just about aesthetics; it's about creating an emotional connection while you're living in your home and then passing that emotional connection on to potential buyers when you're ready to move on. In my experience, a well-staged and designed home not only stands out in the market but often commands a higher price point. oversized gold mirror roundup

home decor | 3.24.2025

The predicted design trends for the year are cozy, collected and classic - you can't go wrong there. Let me know what you think!

HOMESTEAD EXEMPTIONS:
THE KEY TO SAVINGS

REAL ESTATE | 1.19.2024

Homestead exemptions remove part of your home’s value from taxation, so they lower your property taxes. If your house is appraised at $200,000, you’ll only pay taxes on the home as if it was worth $160,000. Not all homes qualify for the exemption, so you’ll have to meet certain criteria before the benefit kicks in.
